- I have been around art all my life. I come from several generations of artists. My father gave me paints and canvas and pointers when I was only 8. Throughout highschool and college I took courses in art. I continue taking classes and learning from other artists. I have created childrens books and other art for family over the past ten years. During the past year, 2007, I moved back to York, PA. I had the opportunity to begin selling my art in local stores. I have also taken part in exhibitions and juried shows. My art is sold online on various products. I enjoy nature and try to reflect beauty and happiness in my art. The things that make life so fine and add to our daily life are favorite topics of mine as well. This year I have been mainly working in watercolor, oil pastels and acrylic. My birds are painted from my own photos of local wildlife.
